Strength.

We incorporate low-weight dumbbells into your traditional yoga movements to increase balance & coordination. Toning the body head to toe, this style will have you wondering why you hadn’t tried adding weights sooner! Around the world, this style is commonly known as “Sculpt”. Fit for all levels.

 

Power.

Anything goes in this upbeat class style. Expect to sweat & continuously move, starting slowly & then flowing through the movements with each breath. Moves help increase flexibility, your mental focus & release toxins from the body. This style is similar to Vinyasa Yoga, but with each guides unique expertise. Fit for all levels.

Stretch.

We focus on longer holds in each pose, increasing circulation in the joints & promotes increased flexibility. This style is similar to Yin Yoga, but with our heated twist. Fit for all levels.
